School Group Outings
Hands-On Fun at Diana's Pumpkin Patch
At Diana’s Pumpkin Patch & Maze, we love hosting school groups and strive to create the perfect experience for every class! Whether you have 1 hour or 3 hours, we’ll work with you to ensure your students have plenty of time to explore and enjoy all the activities. If your group only has an hour, we’ll guide you through a smaller section of the maze so that everyone can still enjoy the other fun attractions. For the best experience, we recommend 2 hours or more, especially if you plan to have lunch on the farm.
We also offer a fun and educational presentation on how pumpkins and corn are grown—perfect for adding a little extra learning to the adventure! If you’d like to include this in your visit, just let Sue know when booking. We look forward to making your trip memorable!
Pricing
School Groups are considered 15 students or more (max. 3 hrs at the Farm)
Our Field Trips are $9 per student and includes:
- Corn Maze
- Hayrides
- Hay Slide
- Grain Bin
- Duck Races
- A Pumpkin they can carry
1 teacher per group (of 15) will be FREE. Example: 60 students 4 teachers free.
All other chaperones will be charged a discounted price of $13 per person.
Other siblings will also be charged the student price of $9.
Kids 5 & under FREE.
Preparing for Your Field Trip
Food & Water
You’re welcome to bring sack lunches or snacks to eat on the farm. Food vendors are not at the field during the week. (please let parents know this as well).
We encourage schools to bring water for their group. There are no water fountains on the farm.
Collecting Payment
Teachers, please collect the money from your students before you get to the farm. This helps to ensure you have the most time to explore the farm! Please stop at the barn and pay before you enter.
Chaperones will need to pay at the red barn, as they enter or are waiting for the school buses. Please let your parents know ahead of time what to expect.

Some of our groups travel quite a distance to experience our corn maze, so we’re here to help you make the most of your visit. Let us assist you in scheduling enough time to fully enjoy the experience!
Homeschool Groups
Unfortunately, homeschool groups aren’t classified as school groups due to the group size. To book a trip during the week, we require a minimum of 15 paying participants. All 15 must be confirmed before any group members can enter the field. Also, please keep in mind there’s a 3-hour time limit for visits to the farm. Thanks for understanding, and we look forward to having you!
